Tart cherry juice mocktails
When I go out in the evening - or even at home with friends and family—I love to have a tasty, beautiful drink that supports my healthy habits.
Sleep can sometimes be tricky due to my current stage of life. Tart Cherry Juice is a delicious and supportive alternative to wine, which inhibits sleep and increases anxiety, among other side effects. Organic Tart Cherry juice can be rather expensive, but so is a bottle of wine, so I don’t mind the splurge.
This beverage can be served hot or cold, making it a favourite in all seasons.
I begin by pouring a couple of ounces of organic Tart Cherry Juice into a fancy glass.
I add some ginger to give it a warm and spicy layer. This can be freshly grated ginger or a non-alcoholic ginger beer.
I follow with a sprinkle of cinnamon because of its anti-inflammatory actions and deliciousness. Then, I add sparkling water to give it that sparkly effervescence and allow me to customize the sweetness.
It is delicious, beautiful, and contains melatonin. Studies have shown that those who drink a little Tart Cherry juice before bed have slightly improved sleep. *
This yummy deliciousness in my favourite glass makes the evening a beautiful celebration without harsh side effects. Win-Win!
