Watermelon Mint Lavender Iced Tea
These are a few of my favourite things, especially on hot summer days. There is nothing I love better than using watermelon to hydrate. So nutritious & delicious.
Watermelon Mint Lavender Iced Tea
Gather your mint leaves (around a half cup or so)
Add a little bit (1 tsp) of lavender buds
Add water and bring to boil to brew some fresh tea.
Cool it right down
Add some blended strained watermelon juice to it.
Heaven. The best part is the watermelon ice cubes I use to keep it cool and then snack on at the end of this refreshing beverage.

Lavender is known for its ability to put our nervous system at ease. It has long been used to lift spirits and calm anxiety. Both lavender and mint can be very useful in relieving headaches.
I love this recipe because there are only three ingredients and they are ABUNDANT at this time of year.
