Yoga & Meditation with TL

This is a gentle practice suitable for all, including total beginners. We end with a restorative Yoga Nidra guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is shown to help with both insomnia and anxiety. These experiences are designed to help us regulate our nervous system and access our calm.

Group classes are currently held on Tuesdays on Denman Island at the Denman Arts Centre from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.

 

I also offer private classes:

Private offerings can be a one-to-one experience to rehab an injury or for those who prefer not to practice yoga in a large group.

I create private classes for special occasions including birthday celebrations, wedding party gatherings, girlfriend getaway weekends, full/new moons, and seasonally themed classes - the sky is the limit!
